finally posting some official refs and info! here we have dr. alfie funtimes, baths' totally legitimate doctor. below the cut is additional information about him!

alfredo, otherwise known as "alfie" or "dr. funtimes" is a 34 year old trans man that lives in baths. his lifelong dream was to become a children's doctor, but he had to quit his degree after an accident. he had been struck by lightning, which damaged his vagus nerve and caused him stomach paralysis.

his health declined for a few years, forcing him to move back to his hometown of baths. one night after finding a crumpled flyer in a trashcan, alfie had a mysterious dream that would later lead him to find lady trudy. she was able to grant him his desire of helping his paralysis, by transforming his blood and inner organs into a self-feeding regenerating gelatin so he would no longer need to eat. his hair was altered to the colours the flavours of gelatin associate to as a visual symbol of being a follower.

in exchange, alfie would be required to save a life every month. given the difficult task at hand, alfie had to resort to putting people in life threatening situations to rescue them at the last minute.
