I lost tons of money dying trying to beat Mad Mel in the first borderlands cause I was driving the runner by myself and firing the turret whilst driving is a nightmare. Eventually I managed to beat him, but shortly after I discovered the runner had a lock-on function for the turret which could have saved me tons of money when fighting Mel.
My worst experience playing any of the Borderlands was not getting to Sledge in 1, nor was it never reaching the Warrior in 2.. It was EOS in TPS.. Seriously! Screw that guy! I don’t know how people beat him on a first time playthrough with Timothy solo. EOS is quite literally the hardest thing I have every fought thanks to his endless life glitch! And no one joins my games so I’m sorta dead anyway. Poor Tim should be at home with mom, not getting gunned down by Terminator 2.0 in some wackjob robot’s head!
Is it just me or do The Bosun's turrets seem sad when you kill him without destroying them?
I feel like I’m the only one who likes Captain Flynt.
I’ll never forget the first time me and my buddies beat terramorphous. We were a healer siren a slag commando and a sniping Zero (me) and we were just not having any luck. thankfully we knew we could all die separately without his health going back up. So for a good while we focused out skills on staying alive, finding spots to keep together and if we died it became a marathon to run. This all paid off and when we saw terramorphous’ death animation we all collectively shouted in victory. Good times.
I despise Deadlift as much as the next guy, but I respect him for being the only person apart from Mr. Torgue to speak entirely in CAPITAL LETTERS.
Also, this quote always cracks me up:

I spend all the boss fights looking for ways to glitch the boss out or places I can shoot them from without taking damage and I feel like a cheat but it’s literally the only way I can beat anything bc I’m so bad at games lmao ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
