Some things I've been up to since going on a little hiatus:
withdrew from my thesis program, pushing back my graduation cause ya boy was struggling out here lol
spent a lot of time with my irl friends which was fun but also translates to no tumblr
got super invested in doing citizen science projects on zooniverse
replaying through disco elysium
tried some of that super fancy coffee that's like digested by raccoons or something first. turns out it is REALLY good (I'm not even a coffee fan and it was the best I've had) (not relevant to why I've been gone, but I wanted to share)
barely scrapping through my classes
which is all to say, I've been busy and just not on tumblr much. but I miss it and I miss running these polls. I don't have a set return date yet. I might try to see if I can in the next couple weeks but when I say that basically every weekend from here till the end of the semester is BOOKED I mean it lol. so I'll be back mid-May at the latest, depending on availability
But then this gets to the bigger issue which is- even though I'm no longer graduating now, I'm still going to go on a gap year to do this really cool internship program for a nonprofit I work with. But the thing is with the internship is that I'm moving to a new country where I will be working full time and then some with little free time (and most of my free time will be focused on resting or studying the language), which means I'm not planning on being on tumblr then (especially cause I don't want to be distracted).
This is just to saw that I'm eventually going to be looking for a new mod(s) to take over this blog. I'll make a proper post about that later on after I officially end the hiatus, but just wanted to let y'all know
