I don't recommend it because it genuinely took like 3 hours total but I imported the ship tierlist into sortr.io because I wanted to try this tournament-like format

don't do it, it takes so long

if you do it, use the "remove" thing freely to delete anything you don't know or don't want to rank. I also recommend using it for anything you don't have strong feelings on to save time

the names are the file names which means most of them are shorthand and misspelled

I was gonna filter them into series as categories you could exclude but apparently that feature is disabled

I'm struggling to think of a design that could do worse than the Butch Hartman dog girl. She may be unbeatable, which is even more impressive considering she's not an offensive design (beyond to being offensive to good taste). She got there by the pure unadulterated merit of being badly made

Ask so good it was sent thrice (very light-heartedly said). I firmly agree, though, I have a lot more begrudging respect for a design that is bad on grounds of being poorly thought out or poorly executed rather than one that is offensive or actively harmful, so I can't say I'm disappointed at this outcome! I would like to see her dethroned, though, just to see what could possibly upstage her. Thank you for the ask, anon!

First off, thanks to everyone for voting and showing their interest in the online watchparty polls I sent out this week. Really exciting to see so much interest! 😱

Based on the results, we'll be kicking off our GL virtual hangout tomorrow August 15 at 10:30 am PDT / 1:30 pm EDT / 7:30 pm CEST. 📺 As a reminder, we'll either watch the EB concert or last year's BB, to be decided by vote the day of. (And if there's time and interest, maybe something else? 🤔)

Do we really have someone who did it worse than Lumo now?

Depending on how you look at it, we have three who did worse than Lumo!

If you're looking at it purely from vote percentage, Becky from T.U.F.F. Puppy has 2% more 'no' votes than Lumo. If you're looking at the total votes for 'no', Becky (see above) received 403 more votes, Matt Damon Bird received 125 more votes, and Tung Tung Tung Sahur received 97 more votes.

Becky is by far the least popular design ever on the blog, regardless of which way you decide matters the most.

Apologies for the long silence and gap in results, it's been a very busy week for us (birthday today and some various other things that have been eating up my time as of late) but with any hopes all of this month's submissions should be queued up by this time next week! If there are any gaps that need filling, expect the form to re-open before next Friday (there may not be a heads up period on this, so just keep an eye out. You know the drill by now).

As a reminder, submissions will be opening properly on September 1st, to be posted between the 1st and 31st of October. As this is the month of Tumblr's favourite holiday, Halloween, I highly encourage you to spend the next two weeks compiling every creepy, horrible, or otherwise explicitly Halloween themed design you can think of to send in, I look forward to seeing them all!
