i've been a longtime fan of the idea of Blinky and Aarrrrgh being an item since WAY before Jim n the gang were even born, but it taking the kids like MONTHS to figure this out because 1. trolls are naturally not very affectionate in public and 2. they can't read trolls' pheromones, which makes it plain as day to other trolls. Idk I just think it would be cute. Maybe they only figure it out when Claire reads a chapter on troll courtship or something? It would be so cute
