Meet Zombie!

He showed up at my door unexpectedly today. I unboxed him to find a dead fish. I was certain he was dead and took him out of the bag to see if I could find any source of trauma.

Once I added him into clean water, he began to breathe again and was starting to swim. It was a bit insane to see him just shoot back to life when I was very sure he had passed to the other side.

Because of that, I decided to name him Zombie. I'm very glad he is doing well. I'm in love with him!

I went betta shopping today. I passed up these beauties but still wanted to share them with you all! Especially the blue and yellow fellow 😍

I bought a black betta to match my black cats.

He’s a big ol’ boy and I named him Blackjack! (It’s warm still at the moment so heater and filter are incoming ... everything at the pet store was overpriced and not as good as what I could get shipped online.)
