It is absolutely disgusting and shameful that bourgeoisie white supremacists like texas lt. gov dan patrick are asking our elders to die so that a wealthy (primarily white) few can continue to hoard obscene amounts of wealth. 

Black Lesbian & Queer elders, like Ancestor Ruth Charlotte Ellis (pictured above), are absolutely essential to the well-being, growth, and liberation of our communities. We will protect them by any means necessary! 

Long live revolutionary elders who paved the way for us to be here. The rights we have now (that white supremacist patriarchs like dan patrick are trying to destroy) were not given to us by the u.s military.

These rights were given to us by our Black revolutionary elders from The Stonewall Uprising, The Civil Rights Movement, The Feminist Movement, The Labor Movement, and The Black Power Movement, to name a few! Everything we are today is because of elders like them.
