The world has almost always been fucked up. Kings and Emperors were torturing people thousands of years ago too. Their police forces were riding into villages and burning things to the ground and kidnapping children.
Do not give up. Love and peace will prevail over war and chaos, it always does.
Find your communities, build them, take care of each other, grow food, stop paying taxes, and find any way possible to stop these empires. We must all work together, regardless of whatever categories they put us in; race, religion, sexuality, gender, none of this matters. What matters is humanity is being oppressed by rich and powerful governments and economic structures. All of it. Always has been, since before the foundation of a legal code set in place by ancient "god-kings" of Sumeria.
