Hello!! This might be a silly question but when I take back the 5 pots for the free face mask, do I have to take the labels off or do I keep them off?? Thank you!

You can leave the labels on.  Just make sure they’re clean!

Nope!  Fresh masks only (excluding Hair Doctor...whenever we get it back in stock!)

Hello! I just want to say I love that you answer all these questions, it's great for those of us that get overwhelmed in store and forget everything we wanted to know! I actually had a question about the recycle program: I have some small (3.5 oz) pots, and one of them is the clear shower jellies pot. Do those still count for the bring 5, get a mask program? Thank you so much!

Hi, socially anxious person here, how does one return 5 black pots? (I know it's in store but this would be my first time going to a store and I just need some help plz)

You just go in, hand it to a sales associate, get the mask you want, and they’ll take care of it from there.  If you’re really anxious, try researching beforehand so you know which one you want.  And please remember and try to understand we’re not there to pressure you, we’re there to help, so hopefully that’ll make you feel better about going in!

I finally accumulated five empty pots, but one of them was from the whoosh shower jelly. I know it's not a black pot, but I thought since it had the label on it I might as well try to see if my store would accept it. When I got there, they told me that since it wasn't a black pot, they couldn't accept it. Why does Lush put the label on the shower jelly pots if it's not part of the black pot program? I'm kind of annoyed by this 😂

See I talked to Bossman and MITzy about this and they said it was fine to accept shower jelly pots.  I tried to do that once at a Lush near my hometown and they wouldn’t accept it either.  I think it all depends on the store.  But take comfort in the fact that if I were the one helping you I would’ve taken it and given you a hug or something...and then asked you to buy me a Starbucks with the money you saved...because caffeine ^^
