The Rockin' Black and Bleu Burger is a flavorful and spicy burger that combines the bold flavors of blackened seasoning and tangy blue cheese. It's a real crowd-pleaser and perfect for those who crave a little heat in their burger. The spicy mayo sauce adds an extra kick to this delicious creation.
Ingredients: 1 pound ground beef. 4 burger buns. 4 oz blackening seasoning. 4 oz crumbled blue cheese. 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced. 1 tomato, sliced. 4 lettuce leaves. 4 slices of bacon, cooked crisp. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1/4 cup sour cream. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce. 1 teaspoon hot sauce. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Get your grill ready for high heat. Make 4 patties out of the ground beef and cover each side with a lot of blackening seasoning. For medium-rare, grill the burgers for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side. You can cook them longer if you like them more done. Put the mayonnaise, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce in a bowl and mix them together while the burgers are cooking. It's time to make a spicy mayo sauce. When the burgers are almost done, sprinkle blue cheese crumbles on top of each one and let them melt a bit. Toast the burger buns on the grill for one to two minutes, or until they're just beginning to turn brown. Put some spicy mayo sauce on the bottom half of each bun. After putting a lettuce leaf on the bun with sauce, add a burger patty with blue cheese that has melted on top of it. On top of the burger, put slices of tomato, red onion, and crispy bacon. Add salt and pepper to taste, and then put the other half of the bun on top. With your favorite sides, serve the Rockin' Black and Bleu Burger hot.
