Ingredients: 1 cup dried black beans, soaked overnight. 1 bunch kale, stems removed and chopped. 1 onion, diced. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 1 can 14 oz diced tomatoes. 4 cups vegetable broth. 1 teaspoon cumin powder. 1 teaspoon chili powder. 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika. Salt and pepper to taste. 2 tablespoons olive oil. Juice of 1 lime. Cilantro for garnish.
Instructions: Warm up the olive oil in a big pot on medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook it until it turns transparent.
