Dinner tonight was 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼. Sriracha Honey Glazed Chicken with Mango Avocado Salsa. Recipe is from #blackberrybabe via @Pinterest. This is actually a 21 Day Fix approved meal, even though that isn't why I made it. I did a few tweaks to the recipe (as I always seem to do. • Instead of grilling the chicken (which probably would've been really good but ain't nobody got time for that!), I baked in the oven. I seasoned the chicken with pepper, garlic powder, and low sodium Tajin. When the chicken was about done i turned the broiler on and basted them with the sauce. First baste for 3 mins, second baste for another 3 mins. • The Salsa I added one jalapeño, and cherry tomatoes for a little more of bite. Recipe link is in my bio!!
