11 years ago on some day I'll never remember at our friends house, we were introduced. I don't know what I said but you asked me to marry you. It took 3 years of dating people who weren't meant for us, and a FB post I decided to comment on that lead us to hanging out. From that moment, we were together every day. A few years later you surprised me with a ring, and said "I promise to marry you, just not right now." In 2012, I almost ruined our engagement but in reality I only made it better. In 2013, we moved into our own place together, Harlow was born and was ours shortly after our wedding, and we got married on Friday the 13th at the 13th hour (which was unplanned. 1:00 was the only time available in the courthouse😂). Theres no one else I could stand being with every day of my life. But don't worry, there's only gonna be 40 more years of it, because you'll be dead by then. #091313

I had a great time partially celebrating our 4 year anniversary. Finishing the night at @thedeadfishrestaurant was perfect. The view was amazing, the weather was perfect, and the food was so damn good! Well be celebrating our anniversary on its actual day this Wednesday seeing the @reverendhortonheat! I love you @thirty7foxtrot. I hate to love you, and love to hate you. Theres no one else I'd rather annoy and be weird with for the rest of my life. Last night, I tried my hands at making vegan tikka masala with couscous. I've never made Indian food, let alone vegan Indian food. But lemme tell you this: 👏🏼IT👏🏼DID👏🏼NOT👏🏼DISAPPOINT👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 It wasn't as difficult as I thought it would be... minus the part where I had to move the skin/shell on the chickpeas. If you know an easier way to achiever that, write below. This dish would've went a lot quicker if I didn't have to do that. #tikkamasala #veganrecipes #veganindianfood (yogurt was not vegan. Coconut yogurt is disgusting and you cannot convince me otherwise. I used Greek yogurt.)

Tonight's dinner was originally supposed to be @hotforfood's vegan tortilla soup and cheesy taquitos. Ended up turning into vegan tortilla kitchen sink bc I decided to use a bunch of leftover veggies that I was going to have to toss.
