Ohio Pork Tenderloin Sliders with Blackberry BBQ Sauce
Evening everyone! Tonight’s dish is a recipe I created on my own: BlackBerryBBQ Chicken! Decided to be a little spontaneous tonight and use things I had around the pantry and fridge and decided WHY NOT SWEET WITH SMOKEY?
Prep time: 15-20 mins (including pre heating time)
Cook time: 40 mins
Ingredients: 5 bone in skin chicken thighs, 3/4 jar blackberry jam, 1/2 bottle kraft bbq original sauce
Preheat your oven to 450 degrees. In a bowl mix your jam and bbq sauce together. I prefer to have my sauce sweeter, so mix to your taste preferences. After placing your chicken in your choice of glass pan, smother the thighs in the sauce. Place in your pre heated oven for 40 minutes until the sauce on top of the thighs is nice and crispy. The sauce comes out sweet and syrupy and is perfect over a side of white rice.
