A keto-friendly recipe for mashed cauliflower with butter and fresh dill that is served in black bowls. This is a great low-carb side dish or light meal.
Ingredients: 1 head cauliflower. 2 tablespoons butter. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill. Salt to taste. Black food coloring optional.
Instructions: Cut the cauliflower into florets and steam until tender. Transfer the steamed cauliflower to a food processor and blend until smooth. Add butter and chopped fresh dill to the cauliflower mash and blend again until well combined. Season with salt to taste. If desired, add black food coloring to achieve the desired color. Transfer the mashed cauliflower to black bowls and garnish with extra dill and a pat of butter on top. Serve hot and enjoy!
