I noticed that we share a few of the same biases. I'm curious, who is your least favourite Voltage guy from each game?

Actually I liked how you phrased that – “least favorite.” Because there aren’t any characters I really hate, I’d just prefer to spend my time with other guys if given the choice.

After some though I’ve decided that my least favorites have one or more of the following characteristics:

They are too passive in word and deed.

They are boring. There is no passion or spark that makes them unique to me and I feel nothing for them.

They are childish. They remind me of a little kid in one way or another.

However, let me reiterate that though they are my least favorite in that particular game, they are not necessarily my least favorite in general. While Wilfred may not be my favorite prince, I’d rather spend time with him than Atsumu anyday.

10 Days With My Devil – Shiki Kurobane

Shiki is the most passive character I’ve ever encountered.  All he wants to do is sleep, and it takes a tremendous amount of effort for MC to just get him out of bed, much less do anything else.  If MC manages to get him out of the house, he complains the whole time, if he even bothers to talk. And when he does talk, he’s practically monosyllabic.  I see MC being doomed to a lifetime of doing everything for him – cooking, cleaning, paying bills, etc., and confined to their home like a shut-in if he were to have his way.  *shudder*

A Knight’s Devotion – Shion/Lute

I haven’t played Shion’s route because he reminds me of Shiki. He is called the “lazy” knight because he prefers to just read all the time and can’t be bothered to do much else. He also puts down the MC a lot in the other guys’ routes. As a result, I have no interest in playing him at all.

Of the guys I have played, I would have to say Lute is my least favorite. There’s nothing wrong with him per se, he’s just…bland. He’s not overly charming or tragic or anything; I can’t say anything unique about him. He’s nice and pretty to look at but that’s about it. He bored me. Halfway through his route when Haku asked me to run away with him instead, I so wanted to say yes.

Be My Princess – Princes Keith Alford/Wilfred Spencer

I haven’t played Keith yet because he seems like a total asshat. I have played him in substories, which have only confirmed my suspicions.  He and the MC are always bickering and arguing, which is a total turnoff to me. Keith is NEVER honest with his feelings, which makes him the complete opposite of Hideki. He can never say anything nice, it’s like pulling teeth. Why is it so hard for him to be loving? I’m too sensitive to handle such harshness.

Of the guys I have played Wilfred suffers from Lute syndrome for me. Other than always being ready for a roll in the hay, there’s not much else going for Wilfred for me personally. I just see him as always silently wandering around staring moodily off into space. Claude is the one who comes off as the more dynamic character in Will’s route, and I think it says something when a butler is more memorable to me than the prince.

Be My Princess – Butlers Luke/Yu

I haven’t played Luke because of Keith, but from what I gather he wants to be like Keith and acts like him sometimes so already I am thumbs down. But I am at least willing to play him because he looks like a cutie pie.

Yu creeped me out big time in Glenn’s route. I think it’s because he came on too strong with MC. Even though she loved Glenn, Yu tried to force his love on her, which was very disrespectful to me. And then, he acts passive aggressive later about how he wasn’t chosen (THANKS FOR THE GUILT, YU). Perhaps he comes off different in his own route, but for now he’s my least favorite.

Pirates in Love – Christopher/Nathan

I haven’t played Christopher because he just seems boring.  Again, he’s got Lute syndrome – nice and pretty, but nothing else. I do plan on playing him at some point though.

Nathan was an absolute let down for me. You have no idea how much I was looking forward to him. As a fan of One Piece he seemed like my ultimate fangirl wet dream – he was a cook like Sanji but he looked like Zoro. I thought for sure I was going to love him to pieces. And then, when I played him, I felt nothing. HE DOESN’T SAY ANYTHING. AT ALL. He’s so quiet for so many chapters and then all of a sudden he’s in love. What? He was more vocal and active in Eduardo’s route than in his own, unfortunately. I finished the route completely disappointed.

My Sweet Bodyguard – Sora Hirosue

Sora has gotten beaten up in the fandom a lot and the girls who love him are sore about it, so I’m simply going to say that he’s just not my type.  He looks and acts like a little boy to me, so I can’t view him as a lover. I have a hard time playing Dreamy Days in West Tokyo for that reason because the guys are in high school and I won’t even go near Class Trip Crush. I think Sora was just designed for a younger audience, and though cute, he doesn’t hold much appeal for me personally.

Love Letter from Thief X – Tatsuro Togoshi

GODDAMN IT TATSURO WILL YOU PUT ON YOUR BIG BOY PANTS OR RATHER TAKE THEM OFF AND GIVE MC A ROYAL RUTTING ALREADY JFC!

Office Secrets – Goda Tamotsu/Koji Nagumo/Shota Kurumi/Junya Sakurazawa

I haven’t played Goda, Koji or Shota yet. With Goda it’s because there’s a rumor he’s divorced and since I am I didn’t want to deal with that in my fantasy world; with Koji he seems like another passive nice guy; and with Shota, well, the name says it all. And I haven’t been too enthused to return to the game in general because the MC is such a derp and frustrates me no end.

Of the three I have played, I’d have to say Junya is my least favorite. As I type this I can’t remember a damn thing about him other than he’s pretty, nice and slightly flirty. Totally unmemorable.

Sorry to any girlies whose faves are on this list. PLEASE DON’T TAKE IT PERSONALLY. These are just my own preferences and tastes, it doesn’t mean that there’s something wrong with the character or that I look down on anyone for liking them. You must see something I don’t! Just consider it as having one less person to compete for with him! lol

Who cooks: Ehmm I think me and Seiji both are as bad as cooking so we probably would go out and eat more than do cooking at home.

Who does the laundry and other chores: I think I would do the cleaning and laundry while Seiji woukd do some other things like remembering to feed the cat.

How many children do they have: Not more than 2 cause its all I could handle I think

Who’s more dominate: I think seiji

Favorite nonsexual activity: cuddle on the sofa

Their favorite place to be together: I think at home cause it would fit us the best haha

Any traditions: Christmas traditions
