okay fuck that. why is getting mental health help so bloody ridiculous?

i don’t even know it’s fucking insane, i totally understand people who self diagnose and shit now honestly bc sometimes doctors can’t and/or won’t do shit to help you

for instance my doctor doesn’t wanna diagnose me w/ anything more than depression bc of my insurance and my age but this means that i get a LOT less benefits from my school’s disability plan so it’s like... if she won’t help me who will

i know!! but she is the adolescent psychiatrist i had to wait 6 months to get a referral to so i’m stuck with her until i move!! i’ve been on the same medications for 2 years and idk if u read my blog but they are clearly Not Effective
