Ingredients: 4 beef steaks such as ribeye or sirloin, about 1 inch thick. 2 tablespoons Louisiana Blackened Cajun seasoning. 2 tablespoons olive oil.
Instructions: Warm up a cast-iron pan over high heat until it's very hot. Put Louisiana Blackened Cajun seasoning on both sides of each steak and press it into the meat. Pour olive oil over the steaks and rub them all over to cover them. Put the steaks in the hot pan and cook for 3 to 4 minutes on each side for medium-rare. You can change the cooking time based on how done you want them. Take the steaks out of the pan and let them rest for a few minutes. Then serve them.
