Hey guys, the short film ‘Hit List’ is about two assassins who have to complete a mission together despite the fact that they can’t stand each other, and as we follow them we learn about their history and their thoughts on their job and life as a whole. This film explores philosophical questions about morality, the meaning of life, and free will.

This film is being produced and directed by a young black writer, who co-wrote the script with a black woman who also stars as the lead. This film has had to go through many obstacles to get to this point and could do with support.

I set a goal for myself this month to watch as many Black films as posible for the whole month of Febuary.

So today I saw a black movie titled the "The Exile". The director of the film is Oscar Micheaux. This movie is about a Black Man From Chicago leaving his old life behind and finding true love out west. This is the first movie to have a all black cast, a milestone in american films. It came with controversy as well. The pennsylvania board of censors objected to this movie because of the main caracter Jean Baptiste kissing a white woman (who was later found out to be mixed later on in the movie). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oHMAp1YKxy0
