The Sea Witch (no not Ursula) by @martinhousebrewing. This black gose is aged in @witherspoondistillery whiskey barrels for 10 months. Made with black lava salt, coriander, and roasted malts. The nose has a balsamic vinegar followed by a slight tart cherry. The flavor profile is slight on the salt but heavy on tart. The whiskey barrel aging plays on the back end as you swallow.
