I'm having difficulty describing each section (or level, in Tempest) so I was hoping you could help me by letting me know which crimes are in which BlackNet level? Wow, that’s so cool! BlackNet was based off something else that was called the Silk Road on Criminal Minds which was a sort of hitman-for-hire network.

For BlackNet, there are nine circles, since its based off Dante’s Inferno.

Circle one: people in abusive relationships trying to get out, people the law turned their back on who want justice, people who had their property stolen and want it back

Circle two: people wanting to get away with crimes, falsifying evidence for clients

Circle three: selling drugs, buying drugs (Venom is sold here in excess)

Circle four: money laundering

Circle five: extortion

Circle six: buying and selling of dangerous weapons

Circle seven: the enemy of Circle one, specialize in finding people that have gotten a fresh start and run away, sometimes involved in kidnapping

Circle eight: sex trafficking

Circle nine: hiring hitmen

This isn’t an official list, more of a what’s most likely in those categories, since I haven’t officially fleshed them out.
