Located on 15 Russell St, it is hard to miss!
We came here to try their speciality Black Pinsa pizza. It was one of the most interesting tastes. The dough is flavoured with charcoal which adds an interesting texture, taste and of course colour.
We got the four cheese as the second pizza. The traditional pizza also had fresh dough and good ingredients even though we were not a fan of what tasted like smoked cheese on the pizza, but we believe it is preference. We would still come back to try a different one.
The Bruschetta had an interesting twist of the rocket leaves and sweet balsamic reduction. The buffalo mozzarella was creamy and a great addition to the sweet cherry tomatoes.
If looking for not-an-everyday type of pizza the Black Pinsa is a must try.
One of a kind experience.. and charcoal has health benefits too.. what is there not to love.
