Since Metro Manila is back to a Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (mECQ) for the next two weeks, we will all have to once again stay safe at home. The signature item at Black Scoop Cafe is their Black Mascarpone Swirl which can now be enjoyed as the Black Mascarpone with Graham served inside this cute tin can. This is the country’s first Black Mascarpone ice cream which gets its color from the activated charcoal that is beneficial for certain health conditions.

Mascarpone is actually made of cheese so it tastes salty and sweet. The crushed graham bits offer a different texture and is a great additional to the already-enjoyable sundae.
