Now, Cucumber man (Thank you for the nickname anon) and his daughter do make a good foil for each other when you put it like that. But to be fair, I can't truly say Lenigrast's noggin is all there since he only ever talks about blacksmithing, equipment, annoying travelers and his daughter. Whereas Chloanne, aside from her inability to recall how she got to drangleic, does seem to retain a great deal of her old memories.

He gives them to his daughter instead.
