What I’ve learned so far in this new build is that #architecture and #homedesign and #construction is about relationships. Relationships that create #pattern and space. Relationships between forms, between textures, relationships between two boards and between a building and the landscape. And relationships between people. I never imagined the space between the garage and the house would be so important, that what you see as you walk up the walk between the two would be so important.
