It's just a few hours flying away from Miami so it has been a wonderful opportunity to connect with my friends and followers from the United States 🤍. Aruba besides being a beautiful caribbean island also has some of the most easygoing travel restrictions for US citizens! There are beautiful shipwrecks, even airplane wrecks and a stunning amount of wildlife (just last week I've seen my first 3+ feet amberjack...🤯🤯🤯 ..what a beast!). And lastly it's wonderful for coastal adventures, bodyboarding, recreational surf and of course hanging out with me 😎🥰. The people are all super friendly here as well and it's probably the safest caribbean destination you could go to. American competitive swimmer Cullen Andrew Jones, 34, who, as part of the American Team at the 2012 Summer Olympics, won silver medals in the 4 x 100-meter freestyle relay and the 50-meter freestyle, as well as the gold in the 4 x 100-meter medley—was the guest of honor at a free swim clinic for children at Howard University’s Burr Gymnasium on Saturday, March 31, 2018. Young ones and their parents came from Baltimore as well as DC swim programs. In addition to his giving swimming tips in the water—as well as the Howard University Swimming & Diving Team—he and the Howard team signed autographs for a long line of participants and fans. Kudos to Howard’s swimming & Diving Coach @askewnic along with other sponsors including Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority—for pulling this community event off - with a DJ and all. Jones got into swimming after almost drowning as a 5 year-old child (born in NYC, raised in NJ).
