Dear Charlottesville Virginia,
I was born here. I work and go to school here ( not at UVA). This shit is bananas. The statue is a marker in history. It’s a scapegoat for the real legit reason why people are “angry”. Something tangible. White Nationalist, White Supremacist,Proud Boys, KKK... came in from out of state to cause chaos in what is known to be a peaceul college town. Three people died! One woman was murdered and two state police officers killed in a plane crash...for what?
