I don’t know if you’ve seen my story? Yesterday I showed up at a creative meet up a whole month too soon! I had also convinced Jules @now.then.sunshine it was happening yesterday! Luckily @natalie_ratcliffe_ was in @stillstudio_leeds & was so welcoming & invited us in for a coffee (scroll to see a couple of pics of their beautiful space, which Natalie shares with @rosedufton) We had such a great chat about all things creative & I came away feeling really inspired. When I got home I actually did a bit of collage. I had intended to spend more time with paper & scissors, but then I accidentally blew my creation all over the desk! Luckily I took a pic before I trashed it😅 So I retreated back to my iPad & drew this tile design. It’s almost the end of January & though I haven’t got a clue what this design is about or what it could be (card, print??) it’s the first thing I’ve created this year that I haven’t disliked! Sometimes when working on a new design, you decide three skeins of yarn in that you don’t like the way you’ve been doing the pattern and you need to start over.
