For the autism anon- i believe that if you do get diagnosed with autism (or any other mental illness) you can request that that information stay private, and that they simply record you as having “otherwise specified (category) disorder” which technically means you had symptoms but not enough to diagnose, but it comes in handy for being vague if you need to hide your diagnosis (which you dont have to disclose anyway, thats private information)
