who said i love you first? lance. on the whole piecing together what they are, karen would definitely rely on him to label it. it was probably a v. definite ‘i love you’ like breathed against her her ear or smthn.
who laughs when the other trips? karen would definitely lmao… she’d say something snarky like ‘this is why u gotta ditch the cape’ or some s/t like that. for lance, he’d def. go rush & help her up & scold her for wearing heels but she’ll brush it off & then he’d probably smile and try to hold in his chuckle to which she’ll question it and tell him to not laugh.
who pays the bills? lance would want to seeing that he probably makes more than karen being the champion & all, but she definitely wouldn’t use that as an excuse to not pay her share. so they rotate.
which one makes a bigger deal around the holidays? probably lance. he’s more about traditions than karen is – holidays never were properly celebrated in her life. i’d imagine he’d have family gatherings to go to & she’d be so reluctant to go but he’d make sure she’s comfortable. she does love halloween tho !! she goes all out then.
who’s more clumsy? neither of them are clumsy tbh ?? maybe with voicing their actual feelings but yea.
who checks their daily horoscope? karen lmao. & it’s not even bc she’s that concerned w/ how it’ll affect her day. she just likes pointing out the accuracy of the horoscopes but ?? lance def. makes fun of her for reading them.
who sings louder in the car? neither of them are the type to sing loudly in the car but lance would catch karen singing when she’s got the aux cord.
who leaves the cap off the toothpaste? lance. it rolls into the sink or on the ground almost every time he forgets to leave the cap off & it irks karen to no end.
who is more up to date in pop culture? karen, though she’s not totally engrossed it. she reads her fair share of magazines for columns on fashion & makeup.
who insists on going to see the newest movies? KAREN. this girl LOVES her movies & she can probably spend hours critically analyzing a good film. lance never really pays attention to w/e their watching tho .. he’s more of an action film type of guy but ?? she’s all about horror & old romantic. he usually ends up sleeping on her shoulder by the end of it.
who cries when the abused animal commercials come on? both of them. i think that’s the one thing they can firmly agree is the WORST. lance wouldn’t even be able to watch it & karen’s vision will start to get blurred to which he’ll turn the tv off & hold her close, muttering angry incoherent things about animal abusers while assuring her that’ll be okay.
who’s the lighter sleeper? karen !! she never really gets a full 8 hours of sleep and it sucks bc she always ends up feeling really tired in the morning. lance would think it’s his fault & start sleeping on the couch or something but that just makes b/c she’s gotten so used to his warmth tbh ?? she’s tried to assure him that it’s ok but tbh it still bothers him a lot.
who believes in ghosts? i think karen would be more vocal about her beliefs on ghosts & spirits & the like. she treats it as a v. natural process; it’s not something she finds creepy or abnormal but lance ?? gets spooked thinking about it even if he denies it.
who does the grocery shopping? it used to just be lance but he’s dragged her along bc karen never goes grocery shopping ?? her fridge has a bit of milk, a block of cheese & some yogurt .. she relies way too much on those healthy ready-to-go meals so lance is the one that really cracks down on this.
who updates their facebook status more often? neither of them really use facebook lmao, karen might be an instagram user but other than that ?? they’re not that big on social media.
