tell me about the conductor :3

Okay so the Conductor is a demon that runs a small train. 

His deal is that you can ride the train if you pay him in impressions, which are naturally found in precious, well-loved items.

He’s pretty stand-offish and doesn’t really react to Seri’s attempts are being friends. But he does give her a radio and will often give her tips or helpful info about the town they’re in or about a certain world issue.

He doesn’t ever really leave his train when you dock, and Seri learns it’s because his type isn’t really accepted anywhere. The only time his left it during the story was when Seri didn’t came back to the train on time around on 8th stop.

He’s very serious about being payed too, if you fail to pay him for each ride, then he’ll take part of your soul instead. 

He ends up being Seri’s closest friend at the end of their journey and you know it actually gets to him because he asks if she wants to work for him before they depart to enter her world again. 

It gets even sadder because of how I mentally wrote up the first part’s ending.

Oh chicka the first thing I would do is probably choke you and murder my back from picking you up and hugging you.

If we were in my state, I’d probably chat with you none stop while taking you around Kansas City for a bit and seeing if there would be any interesting shows going on that we could arrange to see. 

Then when we started trying back I’d probably chat with you, or let you sleep depending on how your ride went, bouncing and being stupidly excited. I’d probably wake you up when we got to Topeka and find a good place to eat before we hit the road and got back to my town. 

I’d show you my house and my tiny little room with the extra bed and introduce you too my stuffed animals as I chucked them off said bed. I’d give you a quick tour and then see if you wanted to go run about the forest in the backyard and show you my little secret area and the fields were the deer and turkey like to graze. 

I’d drive you into my tiny town and show you the area and the park and the college and if it’s the right time, see if we could watch the highschool students practice for whatever play they’re working on or go see a MAC show.

I’d take you through the mall and tell you about all the cool stuff we use to have in there before it got replaced and then show the shops on the street leading into the park. I’d show you all the clothes stores too. 

When we got done in town I’d take you back to my house and show you my gaming systems. I’d make sure my Xbox was set up and there would be two controllers and Foul Play would be downloaded and ready for some ladies to beat it to bits.

Then we’d do whatever you felt like doing for the rest of your stay.

I think that this little Joseph came out pretty well.
