@kitsunesongs I agree with your entire post. It’s all I actually want to see. I also how how people assume in an ABO trope that Superman would be an Alpha disregarding the fact that him being an alien could negate the trope entirely. He could be a beta, since Kryptons might have transcended the ABO dynamic and almost everyone is a Beta, neutral to the other classes.

I’m glad you do! And yeah, the automatic assumption that he’d be an Alpha kinda pisses me off, though it can be well done - I find the idea of him being null/beta/not part of the caste system because he’s an alien really interesting! Especailly if Beta’s are a krypton only thing, and all humans are a/o. It would help people dehumanise him if he ‘smells wrong’, but what if he needs to comfort/calm down/rescue an alpha in rut/omega in heat? He could help without facing the trouble of setting off their instincts...

I just read ur Romy post & I see where u get it. But I dislike the ship because Ororo/Remy was leaning towards canon before they suddenly erased all of Gambits affections for Ororo & threw him with Rogue. This matters to me because even though I didn't ship Ororo/Remy it would have been important for comic book fans to see an interracial couple even if they didn't work out. I sometime dislike Romy because it seemed like such a forced Jean/Scott thing that was white & sometimes unhealthy to me.

I actually love Storm with Wolverine

I want to want to ship her with Forage but Wolverine is just so perfect with her

Maybe I'll do a post on why I like them together…

This ship and show are both beautiful and better relationship goals than most shows

But honestly though. The show wasn’t perfect by any means but it was certainly better than a lot of stuff I’ve seen/heard about. And the Rosaline/Benvolio ship?? The epitome of the enemies-to-friends-to-lovers trope? A pairing that even with truncated screen time is still one of the best developed relationships I’ve ever seen, which still slays me over a year later?? ABC wasn’t ready

I feel you so much on this. All my friends are into bts, and im here crying over old groups because once im in, its for life.

sameeee! i mean there are some newer groups i like (winner, bts, mamamoo etc) but i’m more invested in the first and second generation haha
