I think Lasko’s listener is going to end up being my favorite. Like…it feels so strange to admire a character that doesn’t even speak? Their patience is so impressive. I always want to interrupt, to reassure before hearing the whole thought, to calm the stuttering. But they let Lasko speak, uninterrupted. They are so patient with him. They are so kind and compassionate and they really take the time to hear and understand him. I just…they take my breath away (no pun intended)
