Season 1, Episode 4. Flobsters on Parade

Blades helps land the giant lobster balloon. Not much for me to say on that.

However during Cody’s class on acting more like robots, Blades and Chase mention Chief’s office. Apparently he has one and there’s posters in it! Blades of course mentions the poster with a kitten. Also Cody still refers to his siblings as the Bot’s handlers in this episode. So I will try and point out episodes where the Burns and Bots start to see each other more as family.) When Chief tells everyone to get into vehicle mode to head towards the parade Bades transforms on the lift. If I recall correctly this is the first time he does this and might also be the last as he is usually in bot mode whenever going up or down on the lift.

Got nothing to really note about the parade, bet he was having fun though. However when there is a flobster on his face it’s clear uncomfortable, was it pinching him with its claws or just sensory issues? Probably both. (Also while not directly related to Blades I do appreciate Kade saying that Cody’s idea was good. Kade does know when to credit others, unlike a certain mayor we know.)

Also Blades understanding the joke later on is very cute. I know the show has more of a focus on Chase learning earth humor but its nice to see the other Bots starting to pick up on it aswell.

Sorry for the shorter post and well delayed at that, got distracted my bad. That and this isn’t a as Blades focused episode like ‘Hotshots’ was so not as much to mention about his character here.
