It wasn’t often Venira went to territory so unknown. Exploring at her age seemed unnecessary, and she’d rather not get into disputes with any beings over intruding. But curiosity nagged her all the same, and she decided to answer its call. and so it was that she found herself in an unfamiliar town, simply walking around and inspecting it all. She’s rather impressed by what she sees, but... well, she’s uncertain of where to go.

It’s entirely possible that one of the Praying Hands gave birth to/sired her before they became a Praying Hand, right?))
It’s possible, but the way they make it sound is that they were a Praying Hand when the conception went down. I thought that too, so I guess lets add a 3d option.
