I thought Kaya Girl was leaving me this past weekend..... I stayed awake off and on last night snuggling close to her so she wouldn’t die alone. By morning she was still here and suddenly perked up, ate some eggs for breakfast, and of all things, wanted to go outside!!! 😳😲 God gave me a marvelous day with her. She ate, walked around the house and went outside several times. She and I just spent an hour on the deck listening to the wildlife and watching another sunset. I know this is all probably temporary but I’ll take every day she’s here with me looking like she’s enjoying her day. I love her with all my heart and losing her this soon wasn’t what I wanted but life isn’t always how we want anyway!
