one of my biggest doesn’t-matter-at-all grievances is that computer games (sometimes called video games) chose to use their calculation speed to make numbers meaninglessly but excitingly exponentially larger instead of a little simpler and quite a lot smaller but easier to comprehend
“i have a base damage of 69420 at level 72!” ok how is this better than having a base damage of 69 or, dare i say, even just 7. why is your level up range so high. did every one of those levels have meaningful advances or did a bunch of them increase some obscure stat like weapon handling by 2.5%. is that clear, is it comprehensible.
