whatever happened to blights ending? i was waiting for an opening but someone said they closed apparently. but the blog looks normal so im not rly sure

Hey anon,

I'm not sure, since I wasn't in the group myself. I hadn't even heard they closed! I suppose that is something that is usually important to put out a notification for! But I think most of the time tumblr roleplay blogs are quiet and then eventually just become silent. At the very least, that's how it's seemed.

Every cat needs a home, and no group craves one more than the Salmon Runners. Led by a kind old molly named Roe, the Salmon Runners are growing weary as they continue to follow the run of salmon that are racing down the winding river. Will they be able to find some semblance of a forever home this spring?

Blight's Ending is officially OPEN for applications! We are a 18+, literate, semi-realistic Discord Warrior Cats roleplay based in the Wallowa Mountains of Oregon. This opening will be seeking out 8 total members (4 original characters, 4 adoptable characters) for the Salmon Runners. The Salmon Runners will later be a part of GladeClan!

Since this opening is aimed for GladeClan members, please make sure that your character applicants aren't tom-aligned - they can be any AGAB, use any pronouns, etc., they just cannot be toms unless they are under 12 moons of age.

Applications are now officially open today (03/27/23) and will close around 8-9pm CST on next Friday (04/07/23) for adopts and Saturday (04/08/24) for original characters.

Wax ✦ 32 Moons ✦ Gender/DGAB Flexible A long-furred black smoke with orange eyes.

Wax was born into the Salmon Runners, but they didn't have the best start in life. Their parents made it clear through their actions that Wax and their siblings were not wanted. Tensions boiled between them until one fateful, horrible night, which left Wax's sibling dead and their parents exiled. Since then, they've only been able to rely on themself and their beloved Wane. With recent events, though, it appears that even that fragile peace can not last.

Wax is one of our adopts for our upcoming opening. They are a part of the Salmon Runners and will eventually meet GladeClan!

Wane ✦ 34 Moons ✦ Gender Flexible (DFAB) A warm blue calico with blue eyes.

Wane was born to a loving couple in the Salmon Runners, and they made quick friends with two other kits amongst the group. In particular, a young cat named Loach, who would go on to teach Wane about both love and heartbreak. Will Wane bounce back from their recent breakup, or will their optimism finally begin to falter?

Wane is one of our adopts for our upcoming opening. They are a part of the Salmon Runners and will eventually meet GladeClan!

Mama ✦ 24 Moons ✦ AFAB [Any Gender] A long-furred black mackerel tabby with moderate white and brown eyes.

Becoming a parent was a big surprise for the young loner, but Mama is determined to try their best with their kit, Baby. Mama was lucky enough to find the Salmon Runners; Roe was more than happy to take the pair in, and while the Runners are a great group, Mama is eager to find a forever home for them and Baby.

Mama is one of our adopts for our upcoming opening. They are a part of the Salmon Runners and will eventually meet GladeClan!
