Funny enough it wasn't the first time he'd entered 'a horror house'. Evernight Castle was of course... well, a castle but he wouldn't say the more modest surroundings made this place any less creepier.

Even with the flashlight on his hands the darkness swallows the corridor halfway into hiding. The painting on the wall that he passes by seems to follow him with the eerily empty eyes. It's a cliché but effective and sure as hell makes him feel watched.
Should have brought someone along....
