             there's a delicious sort of silence that hums through the base as the male languishes oh-so-casually on a couch that was once a certain deceiver's perch of preference; past tense being employed simply because the aforementioned youth now lies motionless against a nearby coffee table, never to wake again. the weapon in his hands is given one spin, and then another -- landing with a satisfying clap against pallid digits just as the front door cracks open.

lips curve into a smile that's almost welcoming ( in a mocking, mocking manner ) and he raises the gun in a salute.

Seto had been playing with the dog he had affectedly called 'Hibiki', mainly because he thought 'Bacon' was a stupid name. He had spend the last day and a half hiding it from Kido but of course his luck had to run out sometime.

"You're so cute Hibiki... I'm so glad that I--" Seto heard the creaking of the door and came face to face with Kido. "...I CAN EXPLAIN!!"
