Let's say I'm playing a three-player game of Magic, and the turn order is A, B, C. I am Player A, and I hit Player C with a Blinding Angel during my turn. During Player B's turn, I die. Does Player C still lose their next combat phase? Or does that effect go away since I'm out of the game?
Yes, they will.
As soon as Blinding Angel’s triggered ability resolves, C’s next combat phase is set to be skipped. It’s not a delayed trigger or anything else that depends on either Blinding Angel or you still being around in the game at that time.
