I have decided to create a group of blankets based on old granny square patterns. This is my first one. I am going to call it Granny Mae. Give me some 'grannie' names for the other patterns I am going to come up with please! The finished blankets are going to be sold in my online stores on Amazon Handmade and Etsy.

I am super excited. I just got an order for four custom book thongs! At first they only wanted one with a cross charm. I went out and got a variety of crosses and a few Angels. they liked several so they ordered extra.

August Sale - All scarves are 25% off

In my Etsy shop (( blinkingcatboutique )) I have all my scarves on sale 25% off. It is something I am trying to get more hits on the site. So go by and check them out please. I have a question for anyone with an etsy shop. I sell stuff all the time to people directly but I feel akward asking them to go online to pay for it. This results in it looking like I sell 5 things a year online so new customers might pass me by for someone with a bigger online selling history than mine. What are your hints at getting more sales on the site?
