I am committing to posting a Bliss List every Friday of 2015. A Bliss List is a simple way to visualize the positive things in my life, and keep me from complaining about the negative things. My hope is that, little by little, I will accomplish a more positive state of mind, and therefore, a more positive life. Bliss List - The brand new year. From the first minute of 2015, I have felt nothing but good vibes, and I am so stupid thankful for it. It is such a needed feeling of peace. I feel renewed and able to make efforts to change my life for the better. - Coffee (this is probs gonna top the list every week tbh) - Working/ making money. - My roommates/homies - SNACKS mmmm snacks. - My sister - The little nuggets in my life, Mason and Ila. These kids are full of the pure things in life and that's a magic thing to have around. I'm not trying to over-do it. But I think it is important to honestly state the things I am thankful for, and not care if I sound cliche or phony to someone else. I am confident in my desire for positive change.
