Thor's logic here is amazing. "I promised Loki that if he didn't mess with Earth, I'd leave him alone, but he did something YEARS before we made the deal that technically affects Earth, so now the deal is off."

Also, Blitz just... tags along to Asgard, because we need some more Sif drama of Thor bringing another lady around with him.
