It’s been 4 asks. The sons have departed back into the ether. The three fathers are taking the disappearance of their sons pretty hard. But they’ll get over it eventually. They are incredibly grateful for the time they spent with their families, no matter how short the reunion seemed.

And hey, Maybe the echos of their sons might return some day.

So, I was reading through @ask-glitch-and-squid‘s story again after finishing @apex-knight‘s Blizzardtale, and somehow this happened.

I know Ink has a complicated relationship with feelings, but trying so hard to save the closest thing you have to a friend and failing has got to leave a mark.
