Did anyone see that Dove commercial?

WARNING: Long ass post. Lol That commercial was proof as to why the NATURAL hair community needs to stay BLACK and DOVE can kiss my ASSSSS!! I was so beyond pissed “4 out of 10 girls don’t believe their curly hair ia beautiful” Curly?CURLY?!*looks around* Who the fuck they talkin to?? Cuz it sure as shit aint me or the NATURAL hair sistas. When the fuck did curly hair become a a ugly thing?? Please, explain. Last time I checked, people are always putting straight/”curly” hair in their heads and using it as epitome of beauty. And they show 4 girls…….1 blk,1mixed and 2white. And guess who’s hair was a mess(The hairstyle wasn’t even meant for the girl hair) and everyone else’s was tamed and “curly”? I’m over it, Because instead of ADMITTING to eurocentric/western standards of beauty that tells BLACK GIRLS/THOSE WITH BLACK FEATURES that their hair is ugly,”nappy”. We’re going to throw random ass non-black girls so THEY dont feel bad too :( Like….. it pisses me off to no end, we never get our own platform unless THEY throw their women in it. (Shows your their mindset and proof they don’t give a damn) And finally stop calling your “beach curls,waves,loose textured hair,” NATURALLY Curly. It’s Fucking curly!!! Stop the with this b.s that if aint straight hair all of a sudden it means “Natural”. It was curly before, why in the fuck would it change meaning now? ……. That word has seriously fucked up the definition of Natural hair. Stop using that word… I HATE hearing it, all it does is washes over everyones patterns/struggles as one thing, because “We’re all the same” or “It’s just hair :)” No it’s not bitch, when I went natural I was Terrified (like Really scared) to go outside with the hair I had. Scared of what the world/society thought of my NATURAL born hair. Especially since I wasn’t “Blessed” with the loose, curly, blow in the wind hair. My shit was kinky,coily,bushy,nappy, 4c hair. And guess what type of hair I had to USE, so I wouldn’t be teased/harassed…. Exactly….. Even when the natural hair community first took off, there was still self-hate about the texture of our hair and it still goes on. There is still black women “curl obssesed” Slapping all types of product in their hair so it can look curly, 3a, “ambiguous” Black women who go back to perms, because “it” was too much. Black women who did get their “dream” hair, shame the rest because they werent “fortunate” Those “pretty curlied haired girls” you guys love talking about so much. The Natural Hair movement is more than just hair, it’s a FUCKING statement to all of those who put down black womens beauty/hair to uphold your shitty one. Showing that we WON’T CONFORM to YOUR STANDARDS OF BEAUTY. So when I see natural hair on tv, I sure as fuck better see afros,locs,cornrows,twists, the whole SHABANG on the screen. So yeah, that shitty “All girls is beautiful ” commercial isnt gonna fly… I wonder??? Did you start stating that shit before or after someone dug into your ass about that bleaching cream statement????? Just remeber sweetheart, we(Black women) didn’t need your help for ANYTHING! So all that shit about working together…is pure bullshit. We’re the movement, your just the fucking messenger. If you think like Dove and believe their message is true. You can kiss the darkest part of my ass too.
