Growing up I realized that when blacks came around certain " #cops " alot of officers tended to incriminate ppl/minorities with their #eyes and #aura (why they hit the gym and Buff up to intimidate ppl). Which in return made ppl uncomfortable. And at times when ppl feel awkward, anxious, fraught maybe..they might just Do some stupid or drawin shit to have the cops phuck wit them. Its a scare-tactic cops reinforce n cats fall for it.S-m-h..
