I'm hooked on these lil guys, so including them in my new permanent blog theme made sense!

I decided to abandon my tradition to change theme every season, because, well, *gestures around*, it's spring and I still had my Halloween theme up until now. Stilllll not sure on the purples, might (might) change the colors someday, but I'm happy with what I did here! I think the dark world vibes got translated pretty nicely here :)

It took literally less than 4 hours for me to lose control and make those drinks inspired by this post by @kurolini909

Big Shot and Showstopper, ladies, gentlemen, and everyone around those concepts! Now you can literally consume your ship!

Thoughts, recipe and ho it tastes under the cut.

Big Shot turned out sweet-sweet, all because it's raspberry vodka + bubblegum vodka (you should also add food coloring for the pink color, I just don't have any) layered with grape/apple juice.

Raspberry and/or Bubblegum vodka - 30 ml (you can use either, or mix them 15/15)

Food coloring.

Grape or Apple/grape juice - to fill the glass.

Shake vodka and food coloring until pink, pour into the glass, add ice, place a spoon over the ice and pour the juice so it'll make a layer. FOR THE ALCOHOL-FREE version use soda instead of vodka, just get something pink and tasty :) For decor - red string (sticks itself due to condensation on the glass) and sour mentos.

I make my own bubblegum vodka, just get a 100g mentos gum pack and like a litre of good vodka, mix, forget about the bottle for about two weeks, get rid of mentos, voila! Also the layering on Big Shot is messed up on the picture above, but it's definitely There. Would've looked even cooler with pink, but, again, don't have any.

Showstopper is a refreshing, tingly drink with a sour pinch.

Lemoncello (lemon liquor) - 30ml

Lemon juice - 20ml

Kiwi 🥝 - 1 or 2

Cactus/lime juice - 80ml (this one is questionable since I just took the first juice that was green)

Mojito lemonade (you can literally make it from scratch I was just saving money) - 100 ml

Mash the kiwi. Shake liquor, juices, mashed kiwi, strain into a tall glass, add ice, top with lemonade, mix, enjoy. ALCOHOL-FREE is just without the liquor. Decor - kiwi stars.

I know that the majority of the kiwi is going to be left in the shaker, but I tried without it and it WASN'T THE SAME. Not even close. If you can mash enough kiwi for a whole glass it'd be impressive, but wasteful. Or, hell, blend everything into an alcoholic smoothie, I'm not stopping you.
