As I turn out the lights and reflect on my 17th season of Heartland, I have some thoughts.
I don’t post on socials much anymore. Killed my Twitter / X. Deleted Facebook. So much divisiveness and negativity. It’s been a tough few years.
And then there is Amber.
From prep to shooting to the wrap party to the day after the wrap party - she stays the same. She is a wonderful person and that is rare for someone in her position. Trust me.
So to all those friends and coworkers who remain a positive and kind voice in an industry that can be a lot like the socials… thank you.
And a special thanks to #1 on the Heartland call sheet.
