- Nature Valley peanut butter dark chocolate protein bar

- Michelina’s frozen dinner

- a slice of Dairy Queen chocolate & vanilla ice cream cake

- approximately 20oz of water

Exercise done before 8pm:

- worked in a slow retail store for 5 hours

i guess, in a sense, i want to be free. 

but.. it is strangely not easy. isn't it?

or is it?

i dare want to try.

in a sense i will let myself disappear for a while and just experience life as is. i am genuinely excited by the thought of just doing something crazy like going on a bus and letting it take me anywhere.

man, i need to live more.
